Back in my Novice days (early '70s)I remember seeing a lettering guide in some ham radio publication. I think it was the ARRL's "Learning the Radio Telegraph Code". This lettering guide showed a very efficient way of forming the letters of the alphabet to minimize the number of strokes, increase writing speed, and improve legibility. I think this was a method taught to radio operators in the military.

Does anyone remember this type of lettering? Is there a link to such a chart?
