So, I haven't heard Karol on in a couple of weeks.  I'm wondering if it is a result of propagation, Industry Canada, or just as simple as he has gotten tired of showing his 'face'.

VE7KFM gets waaay to much attention.
Although I don't condone his behavior, he is far smarter than the clowns who frequent 14.313 from state side. I'm embarrassed for all of them. Will local hams to these CBr's/QRM'rs ever take action? If not, they should be ashamed of themselves.

Who cares. K1MAN is irrelevant. He is a goof, a misfit, a nobody. He has made a fool of himself long enough, to his immortal shame.

As of this post His license is still listed as active,
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/license.jsp?licKey=234404

So it is either by choice, HIS radio go boom, or he received notification to stop transmitting
that we are not privy to.....

Glen if you are reading this

I'm still waiting for my FREE T-Shirt, If not in time for hamvention, At least for posterity
(Maybe I'll hang it on my "Shack" wall).

Yeah, that's why I was wondering, it looks like he still has a valid license.

Baxter's file is active, but the license grant has been reversed.  You've got to look at the history.  The only 'authority' he has to operate is the authority granted by the regulations to the licensee to continue to operate as long as a proper renewal application has been submitted and until the FCC rules on that renewal--which, as of yet, they have not.

Here is his history:  7/22/2005, renewal received, redlight review completed, and application granted.  7/25/2005, authorization printed.  7/26/2005, granted application reversed. (renewal revoked)

1/27/2006, internal correction applied and license file offlined for enforcement bureau action.

Where?  His usual haunt of 14.275 seems to be realtively quiet lately, as does 14.313.
