For those of you interested in the 'Titanic', here is an interesting link about the causes and effects of its sinking.....

http://www.writing.eng.vt.edu/uer/bassett.html

Engineers now believe she tilted at a 24 degree angle, unlike the 45 degrees mentioned in this article, and then broke apart straight down the middle before she sunk.

Let's never forget the role that a device called radio played in saving the lives of those Titanic survivors, and in saving the lives of so many others throughout history.

ONAIR:  Very true and also the problems with radio communication in its infancy.  It was a very convoluted start.  Somewhat like the poor bloke in these two links!
