Just received paperwork on my latest submission from DXCC desk. Just over 1 month from start to finish with online application via card checker. Problem is that both 3C6A and 3C0E were rejected for no documentation. Did I miss something? At least the cards are nice.

Probably got your cards before the paperwork. The ARRL DX news bulletin I received 6/28 included this:

"
OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC credit:  Equatorial Guinea, 3C6A, 2012 operation;
Annobon, 3C0E, 2012 operation; Uganda, 5X1RO, 2012 operation;
Djibouti, J28RO, 2010 operation; Djibouti, J25DXA, 2011 operation;
Laos, XW4XR, 2012 operation.  If you had any of these operations
rejected in a recent submission, please send an email to
bmoore@arrl.org to be put on a list for an update.
"

An email should get it straightened out.
