curtis keyer circuit needed

Hi friends,

years ago, together with my kid daughter, dl8sdb, we built a keyer based on the Curtis 8044 chip. The circuit was from the ARRL handbook, 1985 () edition (as far as I can recall). The keyer is still here, ready to be resurrected to life, on permanent loan from my daughter.

However, the diagram is missing and the ARRL handbook gone.

Can anyone help me with the original article or circuit?

Found a copy in .pdf of the Curtis application notes here:

There is a schematic at the bottom, very likely the ARRL article was based on the application notes.  

Be forewarned that I hear that the 8044 is just about "unobtanium" at this point in time, would be good if you had more than one chip before starting.  If the chip goes, you may be out of luck.

The schematic in the application note seems to resemble what I can remember having built.

I know about the unavailability of the chip. however, I am merely after the schematic of the keyer that sits on my desk after having unearthed it. Simply can´t remember what all the unlabelled jacks were meant to do.
