Can someone please tell me on the rear panel connectors for external oscillator input on the Atlas 210X , is there default shorting plugs or are these all open connections for external hardware.

I have an Atlas 201X and the RX is about 90 dB low , when I short out pins 2 on 3 (I think) on that connector the RX comes back but is about 60 dB low.

Assuming the radio has faulty receive which I can fix , I want to start out knowing there are shorting plugs or not on the back.

Why do you need to connect an external oscillator???

START any troubleshooting with the Owners Manual, Service Manual and Schematics for the radio.
Shorting plugs, if required, will be shown in schematic and described in manuals.

The Atlas 210X REAR Panel (photo below) DOES show TWO JUMPERS on the 9-pin AF OUTPUT jack.  You can see the silk screening of J and Dark Lines between 2 pins.
That AF Out. connector is a minuature 9-pin tube socket -- IF you desire a jumper plug -- these are available from various sources.
