I can't tell if that is a radio let alone an IC-7000.  Really not an informative video.

Of course, if it really is an IC-7000,  would one imagine that using a non-TSO'd radio not designed for use in the high vibration aviation environment might lead to cracking of solder joints, leads, components or PCB's that could cause a fire?
