Is the Kenwood MC-60A microphone a 'perfect fit' for an Alinco DX-70TH.

By 'perfect fit' I mean are no changes needed (plug-n-play), or do I have to make wiring changes to the Kenwood's mike connector to get it to work with the Alinco's connector.

I found some eham equipment reviews that mention using them together, but no comments were found in the reviews about making alterations to get them to work together.
