Does anyone know when the ISS voice repeater will be up again?

Not any time soon. That Kenwood radio probably needs to be reset and re-programmed, and it just isn't a priority at this point in time.

Word has it that ISS does not yet have a NASA approved 'Work Insturction' to program or setup the radio for repeater mode, and there is NO prioirty in making a WI either. ISS repeater mode has never been formally commissioned.

That radio is used for the ISS PR events and on rare occassions the crews enjoyment.
