For those of you that  did not notice, the "Feedback" forum at QTH.Com was discontinued.  See : http://chat.qth.com/viewtopic.php?t=11762

For the last several months I followed it on a almost daily basis. There was quite a bit of controversy on almost a weekly basis with one of QTH.Com's paid advertisers "radio-mart" . Several times I noticed that whenever someone posted something negative about him it was soon removed. I noticed this and complained to Scott ( KA9FOX ) . Apparently I was not the only one that noticed as several other people complained publicly about it too. A few times I saw entire threads removed, only to reappear days or weeks later when enough people asked why.

Does eHam have these problems ? I have never seen them here. What is the difference between QTH.Com's feedback forum and eHam's ?

I do have a problem with a website accepting advertising dollars from a company and then removing negative posts about that company when someone has a problem. If this was not the case it seems they went out of their way to make it look like it.

If you will look at the "Radio Mart" posts on this website, you will notice it has a lock on it.  It makes you wonder.

Actually I don't think it was closed due to Radio Mart at all.  I think it was closed due to the thread dealing with the dirt bag that did a switch a roo on an ICOM radio which was supposedly  bought for a radio club. etc etc... the thread go pretty heated and it was then that Scott shut it down.  I don't think it had anything to do with Radio Mart at all.
