I purchased a Kenwood TM-V71A from Austin Amateur Radio Supply (AARS) on line (Internet) on the morning of Saturday 01 December 2012 for an excellent price.

AARS processed and shipped the order getting it out of the door and into the hands of UPS on Monday 03 December.  A very expeditious and welcomed order processing by the AARS staff.  The received product was exactly as ordered and properly packaged for shipping.

Shortly after I set up the TM-V71A I called AARS because I thought I had an equipment problem, the staff managed to identify, advise and rectify my stupid user mistake.  Thank you very much AARS you are on the top of my list of amateur radio equipment retailers.
