I have a Hamtronics R-139 receiver and it keeps locking onto a FAX signal that I cant identify.  When I hear it I check to see if NOAA-15, 17,18 or 19 are in range and they arent.  I'v also heard of SICH-1 and OKean-4 which also aren't in range at the time.  Is there something else using these frequencies. My unit has  137.100,  137.500, 137.620 137.9125 and 137.300.

Here's a list of what's currently on the authorized APT frequencies.

Which of those frequencies are you hearing it on? And at what times? Are you able to decode the signal?
