If you want to be radio active in Fl. Palm Bay is the city to live in.  In PB there are HOA's that are very draconian but there are also subdivisions that have no HOA and the city has no restrictions as Dan Fisher is a local police officer and a ham that is instrumental in achieving a favorable tower and antenna view from the city powers that be.
