I don't think so Mark. I would imagine that the expedition organizer/web developer needs to set a flag or do some other account changes in Clublog before it will accept OQRS and they haven't done so yet.

I heard from Manfred that OQRS for the 3B9SP operation will most likely be next week but they might get it setup earlier.
