Live about 1 hour away from Nashville TN, Evansville IN, Paducah KY, or Bowling Green KY.
Anybody know a good amp repair man within my drive? I have an AL-1500. Thanks.

Ameriton AL-1500

For a $4,000 USD HF amplifier, I would drive the extra miles to Ameritron in Mississippi.
Ameritron factory is actually closer to you than the east or west coast amplifier repair centers!

Ameritron
116 Willow Road
Starkville, MS 39759
General Information:  662-323-8211
Technical Support:  662-323-8211

BTW, FORGET the local truck stop CB shop.
Few, if any, have knowledge, parts, or ability to work on High Voltage ceramic tube (8877) RF linear amplifiers.
