I have Lesotho worked on 10, 15, and 20.  My problem has been getting a QSL from an American who operated there and who I worked on two bands.  I really do not understand why somebody would put Lesotho in the logs of hundreds or thousands and then refuse to QSL.  Laziness is about all I can think of.

I have cards or LOTW from: 7P8BA, 7P8FC and 7P8OK.  Nothing from 7P8CW tho...... I see he uses LOTW, but has not done an upload since 2007.  I would like to have his 10m QSO confirmed, so think I will email him and ask his intent to upload his 2012 April 7P QSOs.  73, Gene AF3Y

I'd like a few band fills and RTTY.

7P8OK and 7P8YI both confirmed via LOTW, 20 and 40m cw

7P8JK confirmed via card 12m ssb

7P8GF, 30m cw, I sent for his card. Should be no problem, he replied fairly quickly from his other operations.

I worked 7P8JK so I will send him a QSL.

Thanks and 73,

They are putting in a fantastic signal here on 12M CW as I write this @ 18:27 UTC.  Nice efficient CW op, too.

I'm waiting for a card from that same guy.

I already got 7P8D on 10m CW about 20 min ago.

Logs are updated.

I got 7P8D yesterday on 10 meters CW at 1749Z. Now I can relax and have a football weekend. That's enough for me. Smiley

I worked them yesterday on 10 cw and he came back with my call correct, then he sent call? And botched it.  I worked him again on 20 last night.
