drake tr3 restore to working

ok I have all good tubes,and ready to re-cap,is the 3 part paper can an electrolytic? I'm leaning  twords not .speks are 50 to 80,50 to80,and 30 to 40 .the only time I've seen a range like that are on motor start caps which are regular.

looks like hayseed has just what the old set needs,way better than adding three new caps under the chassis.thanks.

I never replace this cans. I leave them for looks, and cut them out. I then replace them with 3 electrolytics with the negatives tied together, and put them underneath. Much cheaper than cans.
