Several months ago I decided to put together a go-bag for my HT's.  I purchased a police gear bag from an on-line supplier.  The bag had a patch of velcro on one side, obviously intended for some kind of name tag.  I contacted Astrid's Embroidery, http://www.astridsembroidery.com/ about making me a name tag. Since I had already purchased a couple of call sign hats from them I was familiar with the quality of their work.

After an exchange of e-mails, I found I had to purchase the material for the tag myself as they didn't have the appropriate color in stock.  Once I found the material and sent it to them, they had the tag done to my specifications and shipped to me.  All I had to do was sew the velcro hook material to the back and it was ready to go.

Not many companies would go to all that trouble for what turned out to be a $15.00 sale for them.  I will do business with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for ham related embroidery.
