Just checked, they've uploaded their logs for all QSOs up to 2012-12-02 03:31:00

Hmm. That first QSO of mine (20m SSB, about an hour after they were first spotted) isn't in there. Hope I didn't work a slim.

Peter, my 20m ssb was 12/1 @ 05:24, in the log.

I guess it's possible there was a slim operating, but I only heard one ZL9HR calling in with all the cops.

I didn't hear you, but I did hear their side of your 15m ssb qso a bit ago.

Hmm. Who knows. I'll give it another day or two and see what happens, then work 'em again if I have to. I did just get them on 20 CW, so I have that band covered in any event. I'm less greenie-obsessed with this operation; just going after new bands and modes. Then if time/inclination hits I'll go after slots.

Curiosity question!!!

When a dxpedition uploads their logs to a central point like clublog, how is it done whether using a satellite or land based connection?
1. Do they transfer the logs of several laptops to a main computer for uploading?
or
2. Do they take each individual laptop and singularly upload the log from each computer?

Peter, my 20m ssb Q is not there either. So i emailed the Qsl manager, but instead i went ahead and worked again this afternoon.
Atleast we are fortunate enough to have the arsenal to be able make another contact, but would rather not add to the QRM.

They combine logs, compress them and then upload / send via Satellite. I believe the QSL manager then applies them to Clublog and LOTW (when that time comes) . . .

The rumor that ops were injured at ZL9HR was just a rumor - they are all doing fine.

They've been busy with overnight operation it seems. Hoping to see the log update soon.

They are processing the next log update as we speak. Its taking a while because there are now 17K or more QSO's in the log.
