I've had my Davis Vantage Vue for almost three years and would highly recommend it.  Davis is a very reputable company and this wireless weather station is perfect for me.  Not cheap but affordable and you get what you pay for.....KI6OSH Joe

I have two of the wireless LaCrosse "The Weather Channel". Although the temp, humidity and pressure parts seem to work fine, the wind speed indicators stink. They are not accurate in as they read slow and the update time is too slow. You can't see wind gusts with these units and that was one of the main reasons I bought them. Next time I'm going with wired and probably Davis.

Thanks to everyone who took the time to post, went with the Davis vantage vue, they get good recommendations on Amazon too. Hope everyone has a great new year, with the holiday break comming up for me, hope prop picks up, and get some good rag chew QSO's in.
