Does anyone know where I can find a REPAIR manual for a Ham IV? I have the owners manual but looking for a repair manual.

This manual is for a Ham M, which is the model prior to the Ham IV.  Depending on what info you need, this may be close enough.

The Ham IV rotor owner's manual should have a schematic, an exploded view of the rotor and a parts list.  With this information you should be able to tear the rotor down and replace any defective part and reassemble it. They're actually quite simple but you should keep notes of the disassembly. 

I can tell you from personal experience that you should have a cleared work area covered with a terry cloth towel.  The towel will keep the 96 ball bearings from rolling off the bench which can be a major PITA!  Been there, done that, got a T-shirt!

If the manual doesn't have a parts list, then contact Norm's Rotor Service and tell him what parts you need.

I've found Norm to be a good guy to do business with and helpful when it comes to information.

CDE (North Carolina) provided an extensive Owners Manual (was not called a Service Manual) for the Ham-series of rotators.
