160m 1:1 BALUN 100 watts

I am looking for a 1:1 BALUN that will work on 160m and handle 100 watts (it's the most power I have).  A lot of BALUNs I see are for 3.5MHz and up.  Any reccomendations?

Don't know what kind of load you're trying to match, but you can cook a balun with 100 watts if the match or balance is poor enough.

I'd get this one, not so much for the extra power-handling as for its superb isolation and low dissipation at 1.8 MHz.

A simple coax coil type balun could work. Loss is not a factor at that frequency, though it will require a fair number of turns. It's best to wind it with the help of an antenna analyzer to make sure the parallel resonance peaks low enough in frequency.

17 turns on an FT240-31 core will fit the bill for load impedances up to about 3000 Ohms.
