Tower reeving help

I have just put up a three section tower not stumech but I thik its a BXI tower I cant get the reeving of the steel wire as should be, when I send the tower up it judders and sounds like it's in pain, help needed please, maybe some can send me some photographs to dfbanks@hotmail.co.uk

       If your tower is used and no instructions included,a previous owner may have effected repairs and substituted the wrong diameter wire and/or pulleys plus reeved it to disadvantage.Best bet for you is to find a sailor or crane operator in your area and have him take a look.    Jim
