There's too much music and my hearing isn't good enough to pick out the cw in the title sequence to Glen Beck's show on FoxNews... anybody?

I don't know what the third chaacter (..--) means. It is neither International nor American Morse. The first character (the B) may be cut off and the last character isn't complete.

It's someone who really knows Morse sending gibberish... like random letter/number code practice. The spacing is perfect. But can't explain the ..--
It's not like some of those old movies with random key taps for Morse (don't you love it when someone asks what they're saying? LOL)

This is an interesting topic. I catch these things, too, and most of the time it is just random characters. In a 3 Stooges comedy (Moe: What does it say? Curly: Eee-eh-ee-ee, Ee-eh-eeee...) it was just random characters. In the "Rocky Horror Picture Show," which I saw on TV the other night, everytime the characters communicated via a video monitor, the same code sequence would be heard in the background (sent with a very sloppy fist, I might add), and it was all numerals.
However, in other shows there ARE messages sent in the code. In the Warner Brothers cartoon, "Porky's Railroad" (circa 1938), the code sent during one of the sequences tells the listener to write Warners in Hollywood, care of Leon Schlesinger, for a QSL card.
A sound effect library at a broadcast station I used to work, had as it's Morse Code effect a message that said something like: you are listening to the TM Production Library.
Probably most-famous is the RKO studio logo, which sends: "VVV A RADIO PICTURE VVV"

Does anyone remember a cartoon where a some cowboy sends his mule or horse up the telegraph pole to receive a telegram? The cowboy yells up to the mule, 'well what he say?' the mule hanging on the poles goes dah dit dit dah dah dit ....

It is an historic clip from a US Coast Station WX broadcast. What sounds like (umlaut) U, is a special line feed character for a mill. The TA0WBC followed by a series of numbers is the preamble. And, if you listen--yeah, you must use your greyware music filter--the last words are "offshore waters..."
