What is the best online resource to check if a band (10M) is open?

This is a GREAT resource; just listen for the beacons:

But my very first suggestion is the same as WN2C.  Call CQ a few times!  Happens all the time--a band sounds dead, you call a few times, and someone replies out of the blue.  Last year 15meters sounded dead, before dawn, driving to work, and a ZL came back to my CQ.  :-) How fun is *that*?  ;-)
