CW practice program for Ubuntu?

Second Option: I installed WINE and run G4FON with Ubuntu.

It has a few glitches, but it works.

Morse Runner did not work for me with WINE/Ubuntu, but that doesn't mean it can't be done. My overall favorite is Morse Runner, by the way. (I run it on XP.)

There are other great programs as well, but I have not tried all of them on Ubuntu.

I used one called 'morse', on Fedora Core.

It will probably run fine on Ubuntu.

You just run it from the shell; it doesn't have
a gui.

     There is also qrq for linux. It is along the lines of RufuzXP. It is for building up speed. It keeps sending you call signs faster and faster till you drop,,lol. Gl es 73-KG4TKC

 I see at least three programs available directly within ubuntu's universe repository. The three I see are, qrq, morse, and aldo

sudo apt-get install qrq
sudo apt-get install morse
sudo agt-get install morse-x
sudo apt-get install aldo

  I haven't used any, not sure what you would get. HTH
