Nuisance error message

Greetings all! I'm ready to talk to myself! On my Toshiba Satellite Pro; Windows XP; dial up internet service, letely getting nuisance message: "Message From Webpage-Object error" on any website. ...it keeps coming back, even when I "cancell" or "ok", rebooting does no difference.. ..how do I eliminate this message?

What browser?

Thanks for reply, but today it is not acting up...the browser is "Internet Explorer", either 6 or 7 model.
