1.How can I fix electret caps in mike?Now is nothing around electret caps,1-2mm moving.
2.Who can send me picture from original one?

This sounds like a mechanical issue, apparently the electret capsule is loose and flops around inside the housing.
The OP requests a picture of the insides of a working model.
Barring that, a small amount of a flexible or hard adhesive can be used to carefully cement the capsule into place. Even Hot Glue would likely do the trick.
