I received a QSL card yesterday from V84SMD, but it was K8VFV's. I mailed his card to him today and have emailed IK2VUC, the dxpedition's manager about mine.

So, if any of youse mugs get my card, would ya send it to me?  Grin

That's interesting.  I think the QSL manager should get fired.  Just kidding.  I have never had this happen to me but I could understand it.  I do appreciate what they do and for the most part they do an excellent job.

Here's one....

I sent for a QSL card for the recent Friendshiptour 2012 - Curacao, working PJ2/DF9MV.  He inadvertently made the card out to my XYL (KD8CMB) rather than to me!  Oh well, stuff happens!!

Fortunately, he put the log on LoTW, as I needed this confirmation for 80 meters toward 5BDXCC.

Hmmmm, same thing happened to ME with my V84SMD QSL!! I just got the letter yesterday, inside was a card for K5CXB and nothing for K3STX. I emailed QSL manager asking how I can get mine, no answer yet.

Paul,

I received an email from Giuliano, IK2VUC, today. He has re mailed my card. From his email, he seem like a great guy. You should be receiving a response soon.

I'm not worried (since I am in the log), it is just weird. First time it has happened to me ever. And it happened to someone else too.

HaHa. I just got an email from K3SX, he got MY card in the mail along with his!!

Perhaps this DXpeditions QSL manager wants to bring Hams together by forcing us to forward each others QSL cards to each other. Grin
