I'm running RG8 coax from the antenna to a MFJ-4601 Window Feed line point. Then from there to my radio a 12 foot jumper of RG58 coax. Also going to make jumpers of RG58 coax. Will that be ok?

it should be fine.  first get your antennas up and working, then start improving. RG 58 is good on HF and and up to a couple hundred watts of power on HF. Its a little lossey on 2m/440 mhz/ 6m but short runs care tolerable.  get it up and get on the air, then improve as you go along.
