Worked 3D2RO and 3D2RX this morning on 40 meters.  Also worked three new ones on 80--sure glad the power stayed on!

The report is 28 inches of snow!  I'll be busy digging out today!

Zack:

Good job. You know, I have learnt over the years that it is sometimes better to stay inside and wait till the storm ends. You proved it right. Good thing you didn't head out during the storm, you might have missed the 3D2RO and 3D2RX stn's. I think they are still around for a few days for Band fills......

Thanks!  Yes, it was quite the storm--I was outside on snow shoes raking snow off the garage and house roofs!

Worked JA8ISU yesterday and EA9/DL2RNS tonight--at 99, after going through the old logs and finding another five countries worked when I was a serious QRP contester--confirmed a contact via email with 8P9AG--I was running just 5 watts to an 86 ft dipole at 35 feet. Card is in the mail.  Grin
