French REF Contest

The REF contest is next weekend.
It looks like it's a contest for French to talk to French only, no points for nonFrench.
Am I mistaken? Do they contact others?
There are lots of their islands I still need.

Foreign amateurs work as many F stations in as many of the 97 metropolitans departments
(including F6REF HQ) and overseas French territories (DOM/TOM) as possible.

French stations get more points if they work each other than for working non-F-stations but every QSO counts.

Thanks Fabian. This contest will be fun with my vertical, I'll never know which French colony will be next. And I only have 59 contacts with France itself.
