Help with Yaesu FT-1000D, FM output is low

Hi all, I have a Yaesu FT-1000D, output on SSB and CW is 200W or so but on FM it is between 50W and 100W or so depending on the band. Does anyone know the FT-1000D specifically enough to tell me what the problem may be, possibly an adjustment?

What does the manual say the power should be?

What is the LOAD when you make that measurement?

Always in to a dummy load, like I always use to test, same as the CW, trust me, I am familiar with the radio, something  is wrong.

Anyway, if anybody is familiar with the FT-1000D and can help I would really appreciate it.
