14 years ago I installed my first 2m vertical Antenna. A quarter wave over five eights. It's still up and used every day! It was made made by a company named ASA. Is the company still in business? I cannot find them on the Internet. Thanks in advance! Gordon WX1F

Thought it might have been Antenna Specialists, but didn't come up with anything to confirm it.

I did find a compendium of acronyms, in which I found that "ASA" stands for "Another Stupid Acronym"  ;>)

Sorry...the ASA antenna is a model 9202 and it's a 5/8 wave over 1/4 wave ground plane. Awesome gain. For 13 plus years!
