Old accu keyer memory PCB

Hi there..

Before some years I build WB4VVF accu keyer. With time passing I want to build entire accu keyer system. Please tell me do any of you
have PCB drawings for memory and display boards? And how good is this memory unit in actual working conditions?

This entire accu project is now obsolete (regarding IC's) technology but my intention is to recreate circuit with discrete logic.

Ham Radio, CQ and 73 magazines all had various designs by other authors -- inspired by the response to the original 1973 QST article !

I built this for my Mom many years ago. It's now a 'hanger queen' but still works FB.
I think I may have spare 2102 memory chips.

I built the Accu-Keyer many years ago and it still works flawlessly.  The only mods I made were to provide a variable frequency side-tone and keying reed relay so it would key anything.

When I replaced it with the CMOS III by Idiom Press I chose to emulate the characteristics of the Accu-Keyer since I was used to it and I liked the "feel."

I built the Accu-Keyer on perfboard with point to point wiring.  I haven't researched to see if those memory chips are still available anywhere but you should have a go at that first.

As for the PCB, I did check and WB4VVF is still listed on QRZ.com and his email address is:

There is an outside chance he might have a board laying around or have the PCB layout available for you to have made somewhere else. 

While you're at it, ask him if he has any of the chips/parts available.  After so many years he might want to dispose of his accumulation of obsolete stuff.

I don't know what you mean by "discrete logic" but I forsee a challenge!  Rotsa ruck!
