Francisco is on 10m right now but I can't hear a peep in Colorado Angry

If this was a more typical solar cycle you would be working Europe on 10 meters in your morning. Once the SN hits about 150 ten meters usually opens up worldwide so we aren't very far away at 133.  At the level of solar activity I find Europe, East Africa, and the Near and Middle East come in strong during my early to late morning, the path shifts to the West with the sun and the Pacific and Asia come in around 4 or 5 PM and the path can stay open for hours.  In past cycles I have worked Japanese stations during contests until at least 10 PM on 10 meters, possibly a little later. The consistency and length of the openings is what is missing during this solar cycle.

HV0A was on 80m this morning, decent signal, asking for "DX NO EU" QSX up.

Many EU never stopped calling.

Some DL decided to spot HV0A with "No DX calling" despite myself, a VK, and several JA's calling and trying to be heard through the pileup.

HV0A goes back to working EU.  No DX worked.  Bad behavior gets rewarded.  EU wins yet again.

Frustrating.

PS - working SV2ASP/A is statistically impossible from here for this reason.

EU wins yet again.

It will be payback time when 4U1UN goes on the air again Grin
