I was just wondering.

They are still doing a great job. I know a lot of folks are complaining on the cluster about their emphasis on EU, but they seem relatively balanced to me.

I'd expect so--it is a condition of accepting a grant from the NCDXF.  They also indicate LoTW on their QRZ page.
