Was 3Y5X the dxped where everybody was calling on 20  up and down the band and the op would just tune in and swoop down on a caller to work him and then move on? If that was the event, it was total chaos. I hope that never happens again that way. Apologies if I have it confused.  That one almost pushed me away from ever using SSB.

New thought on this one.

When the amazing 7O6T was activated last year the rumors and lack of verifiable information was very much like this. Whatever is getting activated must have the same security risks.

That being said Navassa would still be the one I want to see activated.

i got a phone call this morning....... From an OLD ham type guy who sez this group will be in a dangerous and WET location.  Does that mean lots of RAIN, or ..............?  Nah, they would not be going back there....... would they Huh

Well, by my calculation its heading towards 6PM in western EU and later in the east. It would indeed be a late announcement.

Woooo hooo!!!  I really hope it's BS7.

When last it was activated I didn't have a real station and antenna. As a result I missed out. Now I do.

Rest assured I will be using vacation days if necessary. Must have this one in the log...
