Over the last year I have purchased 3 Boafeng UV3R - Mark II VHF/UHF HTs from RadioGearPro. There are great radios, very cute, small. Sent one back when it failed (cost $20 to send back) and it was promptly replaced. Then another one failed and I sent it back in a timely fashion via USPS Registered Mail for another $20. From USPS I have verified that my HT was received in Hong Kong by RadioGearPro. Despite numerous emails to RadioGearPro and through their website, zippo response. So I am minus the radio and about $60. Too late to put a claim in with eBay. Think again before you order anything from another country, especially RadioGearPro in Hong Kong, unless you frequently travel there. KE1R

Why did you try to return them? At their cost they are disposable. I own several Chinese radios and if one dies I will just order another.
