Doesn't work well with cell phones.  See my other posts in another thread.

I sold mine and was glad to get ride of it.  A landline connect works great but forget about cell connections due to DSP that the carries are installing to get rid of noise.

If you want to try something cheaper, I have prototypes of a similar device.
I find it works ok with my cellphone - much better than mobile operation with engine noise and unwieldy antennas.
There are complaints that weak signals are squelched by the vocoder, but for me mobile operation isn't about working weak signals.  (Usually you are the weak signal...)
Mine detects caller ID pickup - making connecting easy.
