I use a 5-Band with two active Elements on 10m. To have some more gain on 10m I want
to put a 5ele OWL on the same mast, but I can mount the 5ele 7ft below the 5-Bander.
Simulation with MMANA shows a lot of interaction. Mounting the 5ele 10m Yagi with a stowing
of 90 degrees dispays normal results. Does anybody have some experiences with such a
setup?

Regards

I do not have experience with that antenna configuration, but I have had quite a bit of experience with modeling and simulation.  Most of the simulations are pretty good, at least as long as the model is constructed accurately.  However, none of them are perfect.  If the simulation indicates there will be interaction, then it is likely to happen.  However, the only way to be sure is to build it and measure it.  That may not seem like a lot of help, but it is very difficult to account for all of an antenna's environment in modeling inputs for anything less than a very sophisticated (and expensive) simulation package.
And even then, construction and measurement is required for verification of the simulation.
