I want to thank John, the manager of the Denver HRO store for helping me with my HyGain Ham VI order and subsequent repair needs.  The local store had to follow up several times with HyGain to have the rotator delivered to me - it took three months!

After the unit arrived, there was a problem with the DCU-2 controller, so I had to return it for repair.  After almost a month I couldn't wait any longer for my antenna project, so John let me "borrow" a new DCU-2 they had in stock - so I could get my antennas up and operating.  When HyGain finally returned my unit (a month after it was sent in for repair), I was able to exchange it for the unit I borrowed from HRO Denver at no cost.

Yes I've had very good experiences with HRO in general.  With on-line retailers that sets them apart is the after-sales service.  They do make exceptions to make customers happy.

I'm in Loveland so I mostly order my stuff on-line.  One of these days I need to make a stop and say 'hi' to John.
