Hi,

For the past few weeks a new digital signal has appeared around 28.050 MHz. It seems to beacon two times. The second time it seems to shift frequency slightly. There are times that it will then transmit for less than 30 seconds. Right now I'm guessing Pactor III. My friend in AZ is hearing it too during daylight hours. What's the best way to try and identify this signal?

Tnx,

Mike KA2FIR

If you had a recording and a screenshot, it might help.
