I ordered a W2DU Inline Balun, along with some other parts from Amateur Radio Supplies on 5 Oct. I still have not received my order. Has anyone else had a bad experience with this company? I have left 5 phone messages (which they claim they will respond to quickly) and 2 emails asking about the status of my order. I have not received ANY response to any of this. I would recommend that anyone considering ordering from this company to NOT do so. It is clear that they care little about their customers. But they sure took my money out of my bank account quick enough (less than 24 hours)

Ron:

Read the provisions on the back of your bank(credit union, etc) statement regarding disputing transactions.  I'm not sure of the provisions for debit card transactions.  You may be able to dispute the transaction and recover your money.

I'd suggest that you use a credit card when ordering online or over the phone from ANYBODY.  The dispute provisions for credit card transactions are MUCH MORE FAVORABLE to the consumer.

Good luck!

Go to "Company Reviews" on this forum and read pages and pages of complaints on that company.

Yeah I cancelled a transaction for an HF rig with them and received a prompt re deposit.

They are a small distributor with logistic performance issues.

Their slow turn around time causes the consumer to lose confidence.

I have never understood why they have not rectified this rather well known deficiency.

I hope they can.
