First, there is no www.kk5tc.com. Second, have you actually collected funds for wounded veterans and not distributed the proceeds?

Robert Coyle WN5P has stole my call sign and created a domain ,

He did not “steal” your callsign. Yes he did open a website using the callsign the FCC issued to you to use on the ham bands, but you do not have a copyright on the call itself.

First, there is no www.kk5tc.com.

There is a kk5tc.com (no www)

Now to the heart of the matter – both of you need to take your squabble off the public forums. IF (big IF) either one of you did something that is prosecutable, then it belongs in the courts, not here.

Since you seem to be worried about this, why don't you grab the available domain names:

kk5tc.net
kk5tc.org
kk5tc.info
kk5tc.biz
kk5tc.co
kk5tc.pw

A school in the UK had NV2A for the longest time.  I kept checking and one day it was available and I pounced on it. It is still under construction till I learn the software business!  If you google NV2A you will likely come to one of NVIDIAs products.  Not much I can do about that, as has been said, we have no copyrights to enforce.
