Hi, all,

I'm trying to organize a special event and have applied for a special event callsign. Several other hams in my workplace are also interested in helping out. We are not formally organized as a club at this time. It would be really convenient if the other hams could help out from their home stations by designating the SE call to them.

Is there any easy way to make this work, and what are the regulatory constraints? Specifically, can I designate the SE call to more than one amateur at once?

There is no way for multiple calls to be attached to a specific SE call for the same time period.  If you apply for the call, you will be responsible for the behavior of the other stations using the call.  This has worked out well for the stations involved in the 13 Colonies Special Event, over the Fourth of July holiday.
