I need to pick my first DX cluster. I plan to use the CC program filter.
Is operating location a consideration?

Depending on which clusters you're connected to you could get a spot a few seconds sooner, since they take a finite time to propagate from one node to another. I'm using Spot Collector, a program that's part of DX Lab Suite, and I'm connected to two in NA (east coast and west coast), one in southern Europe and one in Japan, along with DX Summit via IRC.

I wasn't sold on this idea originally but while I'm still learning DX Lab apps, this method seems to work well.
