Can the contacts be used for worked all states ?  Cheesy

I'm sure they can, Tom.  Those contacts will (when confirmed) count like any other contacts from that same state.  And the 13 Colonies folks are VERY good about confirming.  Send them a SASE with your card and you'll get back a very nice QSL for the special event and state.  Fun!

I sure wish they had more people on the CW part of the bands, though.  I haven't had much time for radio this week, but I have not heard ANY of the 13 Colonies stations on CW so far.  Hoping I hear a few this weekend!

They sure can.

I only found 4 on CW  C-E-H-J
I completed my sweep on the 4th of July.

A sweep was easy this year.

The good news is the contacts do count for WAS. The bad news is you have to go to the QRZ.com page for each station to find out the QSL path - a few do LotW, many do not. There is also a set of links at the bottom of the 13 Colonies web page that lead you to QSL information, click here, but that basically just leads you to the QRZ.com pages.
