On the QRZ site menu (http://www.qrz.com/site.html) there is a section under Support that is called QRZ Online FAQ.  That provides answers to common questions.  And at the bottom of the page it states, “Don't forget to search through the Help Center Forum where hundreds of people can help you with your problem.”

Hope this helps.

I've found that Google is far better than the built-in qrz.com search. Enter something like this in Google:

site:qrz.com "good books" OR charts

or better yet, something like this in google.com:    Grin

site:eham.net recommended books

I don't understand what the need for a chart or book is to be on or use QRZ.com. Huh
It is not a whole lot different than here on eHam.net. There are forums about ham radio, a callsign lookup database, a swap meet section. There is a QRZ.com logbook if someone wants to use it, but I don't see any reason to myself.

The most difficulty people have with it is adding pictures to their callsign lookup page.
Are you sure you don't have QRZ.com confused with some other ham radio related subject like Echolink, LOTW, eQSL or something like that?
