Ronald,
Well, I've replied to your email over 1.5 months ago and still no response. What's the issue? I am beginning to see why no one wants to deal with MFJ. If your not going to provide some form of customer service, at least have the common decency to tell me.

I just thought that "needing parts" implied at the very LEAST a quote....

I just thought that "needing parts" implied at the very LEAST a quote....

Some people are simply dense--or, if you want it plainly said--dumb!   Grin

Kinda reminds me about a letter I wrote to Tripp-Lite Corporation years ago about one of their electronic sound units I had that needed repair.  What I received back was a sales brochure on their latest unit--with a note on a piece of scrap paper that said (as close as I remember it):

"We do not supply schematics or parts information on our units to our customers.  Since repairs at our factory would probably cost more than a new unit, I enclose a brochure on the latest unit we have to offer.  We'll be happy to fill your order for the new unit."

Needless to say, I haven't bought a Tripp-Lite product since then!  73!

I have dealt with Ronald from MFJ.I lodged a service ticket about my th3mk4 falling apart it was under warranty.I told ronald what i needed he sent the wrong parts. Then for 3 months he said he had shipped the right parts.I got a ham in the USA to ring ronald,he gave him a tracking number. The ham rang UPS and was told it was fake. After many phone calls it was discovered by management at MFJ Ronald had lied and faked the shipping manifest.I did end up getting the parts but it took 5 months. Here is email for direct contact with mfj tstone@mfjenterprises.com.

Yes it is sad to see that MFJ has screwed up another amateur radio supplier. When they were still their own company, I could call them on the phone, tell them what parts I need, give them a CC number, and receive the parts in a few days. Painless to say the least. Guess I go back to the tried and true Mosley products. I got wonderful service for parts for a TA-33.

Farewell to an old friend in Cushcraft!
